PERFORMANCE: Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has been identified by its strategic health authority cluster as not meeting the 18 weeks referral to treatment target.
NHS North of England’s January performance board paper shows that, as of October, the trust was seeing 88.5 per cent of admitted patients within 18 weeks. Its 95th percentile waiting time was 23.4 weeks.
It said “recovery plans” for the trust to deliver the target were “at risk”, according to provisional data.
The issue was due to “be picked up with the [PCT] cluster at the forthcoming SHA Mid Year Review meeting” in January.
