PERFORMANCE: Leicestershire Partnership Trust has finalised a strategy setting out how it intends to measure and improve the quality of its services over the next three years.
The strategy, which was developed in conjunction with senior clinicians and following consultation with staff, features six “quality goals” covering areas such as safety, governance and listening to patients.
Key priorities include improving outcomes for frail older people and the development of local community teams to support adults with learning disabilities.
The strategy also prioritises the delivery of more care in community hospitals and work to transform dementia services.
