Renova Developments has won the award for Lift Area of the Year in this year’s Lift Awards.
The awards, held last night at the Park Lane Hilton in central London, celebrated excellence in building healthier communities.
Renova Developments won its award for its work with primary care trusts and local authorities in Halton and St Helens, Knowsley and Warrington.
The Lift awards steering committee chair, George Farley, said Renova Developments demonstrated “great understanding and ability to respond to challenging policy drivers”.
He added: “They show that the partnership ethos at the heart of the Lift model is strong and sustainable.”
The success of a number of other projects was recognised - the award for design went to Kentish Town health centre, while Portway lifestyle centre was praised for its innovation.
