PERFORMANCE: Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust is only seeing 27.1 per cent of psychology patients within 18 weeks against a target of 95 per cent.
A board paper highlights that demand significantly above capacity.
The trust also missed its target of seeing older adults urgent cases within four hours last month. One patient being seen late dragged performance down to 75 per cent.
A report to the board blamed sickness absence leading to protocols for urgent referral not being followed.
