WORKFORCE: Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust has appointed Ian Jerams as its director of operations.
Mr Jerams has worked in a number of senior NHS roles and was most recently chief operating officer at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber Foundation Trust.
The qualified social worker took up his new position on 19 January.
Mr Jerams said: “I am very much looking forward to working with the trust in meeting the challenges ahead, supporting our workforce and providing exceptional care and services to our patients.”
Lincolnshire Partnership chief executive John Brewin said: “Ian brings with him a strong clinical and management background, with significant experience across acute and community settings, of developing integrated models of care and of delivering other large-scale service changes.”
Lincolnshire Partnership provides mental health care and treatment to a population of around 735,000 people. The trust also offers some specialist services for a wider population across the East Midlands. In the financial year 2013-14 it reported revenues of £100.5m.
