Approval for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent community provider delayed
STRUCTURE: The Department of Health has deferred the approval of a new organisation made up of the provider arms of NHS Stoke on Trent, NHS North Staffordshire, South Staffordshire PCT and adult social services from Staffordshire County Council.
