Complaint about Kingston orthotics services after patient's £2k shoes put in bin

PERFORMANCE: A complaint was made to Kingston CCG about the orthotics service in the borough after a patient complained “a pair of shoes that had been made especially for her at a personal cost of £2k had been thrown in the bin at one of her NHS orthotic appointments.”
