Nicola Kay

Nicola leads system-wide strategic planning and transformation to improve population health outcomes and reduce inequalities. Previously, Nicola was Director of Partnerships, Population Health and Reducing Inequalities for North West London ICB, leading programmes to embed population health approaches, strengthen partnerships and drive more equitable resource allocation. She has also worked at NHS England and as a civil servant, bringing national policy and system experience to her work.
