North Cumbria chief warns staff trust has entered 'financial crisis'
FINANCE: The chief executive of a Cumbria trust slated for takeover wrote to staff yesterday warning that the trust was now in “financial crisis” and would urgently investigate the scope to bring forward ward closures and other savings plans.
