North Eastern mental health foundation trust has £2m surplus

FINANCE: Tyne, Esk and Wear Valleys Foundation Trust had a surplus of just under £2m at the end of September, slightly ahead of plan. Cash releasing schemes had already generating £7.8m by that time - slightly ahead of schedule.
