PERFORMANCE Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals Foundation Trust has reported some wards have been slow to begin gathering patient feedback through the Friends and Family Test.
A paper discussed at the trust’s May board meeting said: “In April the Friends and Family Test submitted score was 74 which is based on 476 responses.
“Reports are now being received from I Want Great Care who are analysing the data for us.
“Whilst the majority of wards have participated in handing out the forms for completion to patients being discharged, some wards and departments have been slow to contribute.
“In total only four responses were received from the Emergency Department where Stamford MIU returned 47 forms.”
