PERFORMANCE: The Care Quality Commission found areas of moderate concern during unannounced visits to Nottinghamshire Healthcare premises.

At the Highbury assessment and treatment units, care plans did not cover all the patient’s assessed needs and were not provided in a person-centred way. There was also limited opportunities for meaningful activities.

The trust understands similar concerns have been raised over Lindsey Close and Alexander House.. And at the St Francis unit there were moderate concerns over record-keeping.

February’s board meeting heard that action plans had been drawn up to address these issues, together with other minor concerns.
