Is wishing to start a family a medical need or lifestyle choice? This is just one of the questions facing commissioners.

The inaugural Infertility Network UK - PCT commissioners’ fertility conference, which took place on 18 June 2009, aimed to provide advice and support to commissioners faced with difficult decisions.

HSJ was there to film the entire conference, providing a unique archive of the event for commissioners to review over the coming year.
