5pc sickness target proves troublesome for Tyne, Esk and Wear Valleys

WORKFORCE: Tyne, Esk and Wear Valleys Foundation Trust is struggling to bring sickness evidence down to a target level of 5 per cent. In August, it was running at 5.8 per cent and was particularly high in forensics and in estates and facilities.
