WORKFORCE East of England Ambulance Service Trust has held a series of graduate recruitment drive, the trust has announced.
Over 100 studying and newly qualified paramedics from around the country attended have attended recruitment days since Febuary.
HR business partner, Sarah Atkins said: “We had a range of clinical staff there to formally assess, meet and answer informal questions. We have to make sure they get a true picture of the service, which is why we welcome our own road staff at the event.
The recruitment drive follows a challenging period for the trust in which it has missed a string of targets andits leadership has been slammed in an independent report.
