WORKFORCE: South East Coast Ambulance Service and Harmoni are advertising for NHS 111 medical leads.

The organisations are working in partnership to provide 111 for the South East Coast region, comprising Surrey, Sussex and Kent and Medway.

An advert says full time (10 sessions) or sessional opportunities are available, with £11,500 on offer per session per annum as well as a pension scheme and holiday entitlement.

It states: “The successful candidates will be responsible for establishing the clinical governance framework of the service and for implementing the partnership’s strategy for clinical and operational performance excellence.

“They will promote and support clinical audits and work with the local management team by   providing clinical input to complaints and incidents.”

The NHS 111 service will be delivered from contact centres in Ashford and Dorking.
