PERFORMANCE Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn Trust did not hit the accident and emergency four-hour waiting target in April and May, according to commissioners.

West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group’s performanace report said: “A&E four hour waits at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Trust where the 95% target has not been met in either April or May, continuing the under-performance seen in quarters 3 and 4 of 2012/13.

“The CCG is working with the QEH and other system partners to address the underlying issues, and is also exercising contractual measures.”
