PERFORMANCE: Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was picked out by the Care Quality Commission as performing above average in the inpatient survey for the amount of information given to patients.
The results of the 2012 national inpatient survey were published by the CQC earlier this month.
Queen Victoria Hospital was among 13 trusts identified by the CQC as performing “significantly better than average” for question 33 – how much information about your condition or treatment was given to you?
