FINANCE: Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was behind plan after the first two months of the current financial year, according to board papers.
They stated: “Financial performance is slightly below plan at the end of May with the cumulative financial position showing a surplus of £328,000 verses a plan of £409,000.”
“The trust is forecasting achievement of the overall financial plan for the quarter and for the year,” the papers add.
The trust’s financial risk rating is 4.
