Richard Dale
Richard Dale leads digital, data and strategy functions in West and North London ICB. With a background in NHS management and healthcare transformation he has supported the development of integrated care systems, led operational delivery of the pandemic testing and vaccine response, and supported London digital redesign. Richard chairs the One London Health Data board that is overseeing the development of the London Secure Data Environment, this will bring together a linked longitudinal health and care record for over 10 million London residents with access for direct care, secondary and research purposes.
