A former acute trust IT director will appear in court on a corruption charge next month.
Peter Lewis was associate director of informatics for the Royal Surrey County Hospital Foundation Trust until 2011.
He and Richard Moxon will each appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on 1 December on one count under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906.
The two men have entered no pleas as yet.
Mr Lewis was appointed at the £233m-turnover district general hospital trust in December 2009.
Following his departure, his wife Sue Lewis, who was the trust’s deputy chief executive and chief operating officer, resigned in early 2012.
There is no suggestion of any wrong-doing on her part.
