FINANCE: Royal Surrey County Hospital FT plans to make surpluses of just under £4m over the next three years.
The aim is set out in the FT’s forward plan strategy for the next three years, which was submitted to Monitor in April.
The plan notes that the FT made a surplus of £5.7m in 2010-11. However, it predicts a dip in form to a surplus of £3.6m for the current financial year. It goes on to suggest a surplus of £3.8m in both 2012-13 and 2013-14.
