Stephen co-develops leadership and management programmes that support performance, culture, and patient care across one of the UK’s most complex healthcare environments. He has been working within the NHS for 12 years and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development.
Matt Linaker, head of advocacy and insight, Totara Learning
Matt is champion of customer voice at Totara, where he has worked for the past nine years. He works closely with the company’s community of users to ensure that they have a meaningful influence on the company’s strategic direction and its product roadmap. Matt has a master’s degree in technology-enhanced learning, which he combines with expertise in content creation and customer support to ensure customers achieve success from their Totara subscription.
