PERFORMANCE: The commisioning organisation NHS Greenwich, part of the South East London cluster, terminated one of its practice’s PMS contract with six months’ notice, sparking a request for a judicial review.
Cluster risk register papers said the judicial review would take place on the 8th and 9th of June and Capsticks had been instructed to act for Greenwich, with the Department of Health listed as an interested party.
The register said the matter was “joined with NHS Havering who have similar issue but have engaged separate counsel”.
The South East London cluster consists of Lewisham, Lambeth, Southwark, Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich PCTs.
