FINANCE: NHS South East London was granted £800,000 of its two per cent topslice back by NHS London to “support transition” to the Global Sum Equivalent payment system.
The application was made on 26 July, a report released under the Freedom of Information Act revealed.
The money is to cover “non-recurrent one-off costs” in changing the GP payment system.
