PERFORMANCE: A report to the cluster’s board said the list validation would include “a one-off programme and an ongoing rolling programme”.
The cluster’s Primary Care Improvement Plan said the programme “will ensure that call and recall programmes can be effective; that monitoring of cluster / borough achievements represent a true picture and that resources are used most effectively”.
It said a consistent approach across the six boroughs would be required and that savings would be generated. The report said: “The majority of any savings realised will not be available until six months after letters are sent out to patients because of the time line for the process.”
