South Tees struggles to make finance plan

FINANCE: South Tees Hospitals Foundation Trust is more than £3m behind plan on its surplus for this financial year – with the figures to the end of December showing the surplus was at £437,000 before impairments. The trust says this would amount to a financial risk rating of three.
