NHS Kingston surplus dependent on transition fund and contingency reserve
FINANCE: The south west London PCT NHS Kingston has reported it “is still able to deliver its target surplus of £3.9m, however, in order for this to be achieved both the transition fund and 0.5 per cent contingency reserve have been utilised in its entirety”.
