PERFORMANCE: The primary care trust has a tough target to meet for making sure high risk Transient Ischaemic Attack patients are seen within 24 hours of first contact.
The PCT is supposed to ensure 60 per cent of all TIA patients are treated within 24 hours of first contact with a health professional.
The performance so far has been 33.3 per cent in April, 40 per cent in May, 55.6 per cent in June 33.3 per cent in July 61.5 per cent in August 62.5 per cent in September and 31.3 in October.
