Surrey has 10 emerging CCGs

NHS Surrey cautioned that “with some practices still to sign up, and talks of others joining forces, this number may change”.

It added: “Although 2013 may seem a long way off, a huge amount of work needs to happen before then to get Surrey ready for this major transition.

“To keep us on track, we’ve set up a new transition assurance committee, which is a committee of the NHS Surrey board. It will oversee the delivery of key milestones and will regularly report progress to our board.”
