PERFORMANCE: Sussex Partnership chief executive Lisa Rodrigues has identified improving the trust’s handling of complaints as her top priority for this financial year.

In her latest weekly statement to trust staff, Ms Rodrigues said: “My number one objective in 2013-14 is to change the way we help people who tell us they are concerned about the care they have received, and make it quicker, more satisfactory for the patient and family, and have a lasting positive impact in the specific service.”
