The Rotherham Foundation Trust missed the target for a minimum of 92% of its waiting list to have waited less than 18 weeks in August.

It is the most recent information reported to the board of the NHS North of England board.

The organisation’s performance board paper says: “At Rotherham NHS FT, the RTT breaches are primarily caused by the new electronic patient record system that has now been implemented trust-wide.
“Figures are to be treated with caution as the position has not been fully validated. Once the system is fully up and running and data validation is complete the trust will retrospectively back-date each month‟s position since June.”

The paper says: “NHS Yorkshire and Humber continues to deliver the 90% and 95% aggregate positions. Plans are in place for recovery for the individual hospitals.”
