Milton Keynes CCG has a budget of £262m to serve a population of 260,000 people. It has pledged to provide all staff with personal development plans and support to maintain their health. Nine in 10 are satisfied with the level of care they are able to deliver. In addition, 93 per cent of staff said they felt that the trust provides equal opportunities for career progression or promotion.
