The clinical commissioning group has one of the largest budgets in England, at £1.1bn. It performs strongly on equality and diversity training with 71 per cent having received this in the last 12 months. However just 29 per cent of its staff have had well structured appraisals in the past 12 months, perhaps reflecting the fact that it is a relatively new organisation that will need time to develop and grow.
