PERFORMANCE: Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust is investing in a technology to help patients provide feedback on its services, it has announced.

In a statement, the trust said: “We are making it easy for patients to tell us what they think by using surveys that are available on tablet PCs, kiosks, on-line, on paper and even via text message and email.

“We want to know what our patients think about all of our services. We will use the information that patients give us to monitor the quality of our services at all levels of the organisation and to make improvements so that future patients have a better experience.”
