PERFORMANCE: Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust was picked out by the Care Quality Commission as performing above average in the inpatient survey for the way nurses acted around them.
The results of the 2012 national inpatient survey were published by the CQC earlier this month.
Western Sussex was among 11 trusts identified by the CQC as performing “significantly better than average” for question 29 – did nurses talk in front of you as if you weren’t there?
