WORKFORCE: A report to the board of West London Mental Health Trust said the organisation had an “accumulative sickness absence rate [of] 4.9 per cent for 2012-13 [for the year to date].

It said this was still above the target of 4.2 per cent but that “earlier intervention by managers in managing staff sickness will be implemented in
February 2013 following the sickness absence trigger points being lowered.”
