PERFORMANCE: Just 79 per cent of the foundation’s admitted patients completed in October were treated within 18 weeks, against a national target of 90 per cent, latest Department of Health figures show.

The FT’s recorded performance against the target in October was the eighth lowest in the country, and the lowest in the North West.

It was followed, both in the national rankings and in the region, by Central Manchester University Hospitals FT, which treated 79.2 per cent within the timeframe.
