COMMERCIAL: The foundation trust has extended its contract with Bespoke Healthcare for outsourced neurophysiology tests, the private firm announced this week.

Bespoke, which won the original contract in 2008, deals with 800 Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh patients a year, working out of two of the foundation’s hospital sites.

Professor Raj Murali, consultant orthopaedic surgeon and hand and wrist specialist at the FT, said: “When we decided to outsource our neurophysiology services it was imperative to secure a premium quality service for our patients and a cost-effective service for us, and these aims have been achieved.”
