NHS Employers fully supports the view that staff engagement is an essential element to effective delivery of NHS services. In particular NHS Employers believes that staff engagement is key to helping the NHS deliver the QIPP efficiency savings programme. NHSE seeks to support workforce leaders in the NHS through making available tools and resources to support them to engage their staff and sharing best practice.
