One experience of 'worried wellness' induced by over doing it at the GYM! and its in print with an agenda attached - telling the NHS what it does wrong and communicating that to the government!
Absolutely shocking that he ever got to A&E as if he had told the GP he had just pumped hard at the gym muscular strain would have been a probable diagnosis. This story is revelling how little knowledge some can then use and conveyed as expertisms - superficial and arrogant.
