Through the partnership between the Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust, Valens Medical Group (now Northumbria Primary Care) and Assura, a first-of-its-kind project has been delivered. The Northumbria Health and Care Academy is now training the future NHS workforce from a multidisciplinary site that also delivers care to the local community.
