Alexis Bradshaw
Alexis is a Director with the Advisory team at Optum UK and brings expertise in Population Health Management and system transformation. She comes to Optum with an international career in healthcare strategy and design of new care models supported by teams, technology, and aligned incentives.
Alexis has a background in primary care and served as a founding member of US-based Iora Health. Alexis’ experience at Iora lends insight into transforming care by building a different kind of health system starting with high-impact, relationship-based, integrated primary care.
She first joined Optum in September 2018 to support the design of the nationally delivered Population Health Management Development Programme and led delivery in the first wave of the programme before taking a year with Operose Health to support the merger & acquisition with AT Medics.
