PERFORMANCE: Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust is missing its targets for reviewing each patient’s “care programme approach” within the past year.

A report to the board indicated only 65 per cent of patients had had their care programme reviewed over the past 12 months, against a target of 95 per cent.

The report blamed the “issues around the recording of data on [IT system] Rio.”

It added: “Performance managers are working closely with the service lines in order to improve on the recording of CPA reviews on Rio.”
