COMMERCIAL: Central and North West London Foundation Trust is looking to expand its private mental health services, a document sent to Monitor reveals.

The mental and community health services trust’s annual plan review said a “situation paper” was sent to the board last month to “appraise and summarise current initiatives; determine potential [and] recommend next steps.”

The APR also said the trust would look for “merger and acquisition opportunities (this includes horizon scanning for NHS trusts not able to achieve FT status)” and to “grow community provider services”.
