STRUCTURE: The primary care trust has detailed where its provider arm services were transferred to on 1 April, under the transforming community services programme.
The services have been split between a local acute, mental health provider, an aspirant community foundation trust and a social enterprise scheme.
NHS Derby City director of community and primary care commissioning Trish Thompson said: “We would like to thank the staff in the community health service for the many years of hard work they have collectively contributed to the delivery of high quality services in Derby.
“Their commitment to providing high quality care for their patients has never faltered and I am sure they will continue to deliver with the same caring and professional approach.”
