FINANCE: The Devon, Plymouth and Torbay primary care trust cluster’s QIPP plan has been rated amber by NHS South of England due to high levels of activity.

The amber rating comes despite the cluster’s five initiatives being on track and rated green.

The QIPP tracker document said: “Strong milestone delivery has been maintained with activity remaining a risk as over performing. The cluster has developed a plan for mitigation for a significant part of the financial gap and are working to identify the rest. Therefore the overall rating is now amber.”
