Jack Serle
Jack is a senior correspondent covering procurement, competition policy, and non-clinical services. During the pandemic, he has been writing about the Test and Trace programme, delivery of vaccines and procurement of personal protective equipment.
Jack previously worked for five years at the Bureau of Investigative Journalism on its Covert War Project. He trained in science journalism, and has also worked as a journalist with the World Health Organisation. He joined HSJ in the summer of 2018.
