
Harpreet Sood
Dr Harpreet Sood is a lead GP and partner at Sternall Lane Surgery.
Dr Sood was formerly the first associate chief clinical information officer (CCIO) at NHS England and prior to this, a senior fellow to the CEO of NHS England (2014-2016), where he advised senior NHS policymakers on NHS innovation and technology policy, new models of care and prevention work with the launch of the NHS Diabetes Prevention programme. In this role, he also led on the Wachter Review. Harpreet has also been an adviser to the UK Covid Vaccine programme and a board member at Health Education England.
Harpreet has also worked in the US, where he co-founded a digital health startup in Boston and worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
