Contrary to what is implied in your report (news, page 8, 19 May), the Citizens Advice Bureau is not the only agency responsible for advising patients on how to complain under the new system.

CAB is one of four independent providers that deliver independent complaints advocacy services across the whole of England. South East Advocacy Projects, covers the whole of south-east England, and is a well-established advocacy agency in the area.
